Separate appeals having been taken by respondent-appellant Lillian A. from the order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about January 17, 2019, and the final order of protection for one year of the same court, also entered on or about January 17, 2019, And an order of this Court, having been entered on

February 6, 2019 (M-440), staying, on condition the appeal was perfected for the June 2019 Term, the enforcement of the provisions of final order of protection which (i) directed respondent to stay away from the petitioner, except for the provisions requiring respondent to stay away from petitioner's business, and (ii) excluded respondent from the subject apartment, and reinstating the two year order of protection entered by the Family Court, County of New York on or about March 16, 2015, And respondent-appellant having moved for an enlargement

of time to perfect the aforesaid appeals, and for a continuation of the aforesaid stay set forth in the order of this Court entered on February 6, 2019 (M-440), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the aforesaid stay granted by the order of this Court entered on February 6, 2019 (M-440), upon all of the original terms and conditions, and on the further condition that the appeal is perfected for the September 2019 Term. The parties are directed to serve a copy of this order on the Clerk of the Family Court. (See M-624, decided simultaneously with this order). ENTERED: April 11, 2019
