of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 4, 2019, And defendant-judgment debtor-appellant having moved for an order staying the seizure, sale or auction of certain items of personal property located at 135 East 19th Street, New York, New York pursuant to the aforesaid order, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal (M-1135), And defendant-judgment debtor-appellant having moved, by separate motion, for a stay of the seizure, sale or auction of the real property located at 135 East 19th Street, New York, New York, pending the hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 4, 2018, and, if necessary, granting leave to file a late notice of appeal from that order, or, alternatively, staying the sale pending compliance with the statutory notice and other procedural requirements (M-1135)Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are denied, and the interim relief granted by the orders of Justices of this Court, dated February 27, 2019 (M-1135) and March 12, 2019 (M-1360), is hereby vacated.
