Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 14, 2019, to prohibit the respondent-respondent from having any contact with the subject child Alyssa, and to direct that the respondent-respondent have certain specified visitation with the subject child Nathaniel, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
