DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the children on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated June 4, 2018, to be relieved as counsel for the child Jionni, and for the assignment of new counsel for that child. By order on certification of this Court dated December 12, 2018, the following named attorney was assigned as the attorney for the children:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the attorney for the children is relieved as counsel for the child Aliyah; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the attorney for the children is relieved as counsel for the child Jionni; and it is further,

ORDERED that Dawn Shammas is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorneys for the children herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child Jionni:
