Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 11, 2018, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 26, 2017, for failure to timely perfect, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of an appeal from a judgment of the same court entered July 18, 2017, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
