| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION t, |
Appeal by David Levers from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated December 6, 2018. Pursuant to the scheduling order of this Court dated January 22, 2019, the appellant was directed to perfect the appeal within 60 days of the receipt of the transcripts of the proceedings. The appellant advised the Court that the transcripts were received and the Court directed the appellant to perfect the appeal on or before March 25, 2019. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
