On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court entered March 7, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, denying the defendant's application for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 18, 2018, is amended by deleting from the footer thereof the date "March 7, 2017" and substituting therefor the date "March 7, 2019."
