Defendant having moved to adjourn oral argument of appeal Nos. 1-6, to consolidate appeal No. 7 with appeal Nos. 1-6, to expedite the briefing schedule for appeal No. 7, and for an extension of time to file and serve a respondent's brief on appeal Nos. 1-5 taken herein from orders and judgments of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on January 5, 2011, August 4, 2017, January 9, 2018, February 13, 2018, March 15, 2018, and March 19, 2019,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED the motion is denied insofar as it seeks to adjourn oral argument of appeal Nos. 1-6, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is denied insofar as it seeks to consolidate appeal No. 7 with appeal Nos. 1-6, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as defendant seeks an extension of time to file and serve a respondent's brief to the appellant's brief of plaintiff on condition that the brief is filed and serve on or before April 26, 2019, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to file and serve the reply brief of plaintiff to the respondent's brief of defendant is extended to May 6, 2019.
