Motion by New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 22, 2017, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), inter alia, to vacate the dismissal of its cross appeal, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c).
