Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 27, 2018, inter alia, to deem the notice of appeal and amended notice of appeal to reflect that the appeal is taken to the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, rather than the Appellate Division, First Judicial Department.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to deem the notice of appeal and amended notice of appeal to reflect that the appeal is taken to the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, is granted (see CPLR 2001); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as unnecessary.
