DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Steven Andrew Reid, an attorney in good standing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and separate motion by Brian Michael Ercole, an attorney in good standing in the State of Florida, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellants Cephalon, Inc., Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc., Watson Laboratories, Inc., Actavis, LLC, and Actavis Pharma, Inc., on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated June 18, 2018. Separate motion by Melissa Arbus Sherry, an attorney in good standing in the District of Columbia, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellants Endo Health-Solutions, Inc., and Endo Pharmaceuticals, Inc., on the appeals. Separate motion by Charles Coleman Lifland, an attorney in good standing in the State of California, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellants Johnson & Johnson, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Janssen Pharmaceutica, Inc., on the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions by Steven Andrew Reid, Brian Michael Ercole, and Melissa Arbus Sherry are granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by Charles Coleman Lifland is denied without prejudice to renew upon proper papers, including an original certificate of good standing (see 22 NYCRR 1250.4[e]).
