DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 16, 2016, and to be furnished with transcripts.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's pro se supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before June 14, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the pro se supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be furnished with transcripts is denied without prejudice to renew upon proper papers specifying the dates of the transcripts requested and the relationship between the transcripts requested and the issues to be raised in the pro se supplemental brief.
