| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Black Bear Family Campground, Inc., Rita Zelda Smith, and Rita P. Smith Living Trust to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated May 1, 2018. Cross motion by the appellants, in effect, to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the respondents Black Bear Family Campground, Inc., Rita Zelda Smith, and Rita P. Smith Living Trust to serve and file a brief is extended until April 23, 2019, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is extended until May 13, 2019, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
