Renewed motion by Yevgeniya Lyakhovetskaya for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated October 12, 2018, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 7, 2017, and for poor person relief.
