Application by MaryBeth Catherine Allen, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 6, 2013, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to MaryBeth Catherine Allen-Knecht.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from MaryBeth Catherine Allen to MaryBeth Catherine Allen-Knecht, effective immediately.
