| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 11, 2019, and to permit the respondent to only have visitation in accordance with a temporary order of parenting time dated July 23, 2018, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated March 11, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order dated March 11, 2019, is stayed and the respondent's visitation with the subject child shall be in accordance with the terms of the temporary order of parenting time dated July 23, 2018, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated March 11, 2019.
