| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent-respondent Sarah F. on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 19, 2018, to modify a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 25, 2019, which stayed enforcement of the order and continued the remand of the subject children to the care and custody of the petitioner-appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 25, 2019, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the words "pending hearing and determination of the appeal" and substituting therefor the words "pending hearing and determination of the appeal or further order of the Family Court, Kings County, whichever occurs first."
