A appeal having been taken from an order of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 4, 2019, and an order having been entered February 27, 2019 assigning Michael G. Cianfarano, Esq., to conduct the appeal and permitting appellant to appeal as a poor person,

Now, on the Court's own motion,

It is hereby ORDERED that the order entered February 27, 2019 is vacated to the extent that it assigns Michael G. Cianfarano, Esq., to conduct the appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that Robert J. Gallamore, Esq., PO Box 1043, 112 East Bridge Street, Oswego, New York 13126, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal and said appeal may be prosecuted upon one hard copy of the complete record and an original and five hard copies, and one digital copy of appellant's brief, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Oswego is hereby directed to provide Robert J. Gallamore, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based.
