It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Deborah J. Scinta, Esq., 3394 Orchard Park Road, Orchard Park, New York 14127, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Erie County, provide Deborah J. Scinta, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the record and briefs are to be filed and served within 60 days of the filing of the transcripts with the Erie County Family Court Clerk's Office.
