DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Kate Klenfner, Ky Jensen-Stewart and Abigael Puritz, Respondents, v Abdus Shahid and Halima Ansari, Appellants, and The Department of Housing Preservation and Development, Respondent.

Motion by respondents on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 26, 2018, to strike the appellants' brief and for the imposition of sanctions or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondents' brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion seeking to strike the appellant's brief and for the imposition of sanctions are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondents' brief is granted and respondents shall serve and file a brief within 21 days of the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellants, if they be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days after service of the respondents' brief.
