Motion by County of Rockland and Ed Day, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from three orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, all dated April 5, 2019, in effect, to stay enforcement of temporary restraining orders which, inter alia, permitted children to return to their schools and assemble in public places, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to consolidate the appeals under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2019-03666 and 2019-03681 with the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-03684.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals purportedly taken as of right are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
