Plaintiff-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 16, 2017, which denied plaintiff's motion for leave to reargue and renew the Supreme Court's decision and order dated September 1, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion, deemed one seeking to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, is granted, and the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to the September 2019 Term (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10).
