DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Vernestine D. from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 8, 2018, and November 14, 2018, respectively. By order to show cause dated March 13, 2019, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the attorney assigned by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 13, 2019, to perfect the appeals on behalf of the appellant on the ground that the attorney had been unable to contact the appellant, and dismissing the appeals.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]).
