An order having been entered on March 29, 2019, granting poor person relief and assigning Norman P. Effman, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Norman P. Effman, Esq., dated April 18, 2019,

It is hereby ORDERED that Christine Redfield, Esq., 400 Linden Oaks, Suite 110, Rochester, New York 14625, is substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Wyoming County, entered October 17, 2018, in place of Norman P. Effman, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the County of Wyoming is hereby directed to provide Christine Redfield, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based, along with one copy of any other paper or document on file in the Clerk's Office that is relevant and necessary to the appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that the appeal may be prosecuted upon one hard copy of the complete record and an original and five hard copies and one digital copy of appellant's brief, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9 (a) (4), and

It is further ORDERED that the appeal be perfected on or before July 22, 2019, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is dismissed without further order.
