Motion by Michael Rabinowitz to extend the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, one entered June 13, 2017, and one dated July 24, 2017, and four judgments of the same court one dated July 20, 2017, two entered October 10, 2017, and one entered October 11, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Michael Rabinowitz's time to serve and file a brief is extended until May 8, 2019, and Michael Rabinowitz's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
