| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a replacement supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 28, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's replacement pro se supplemental brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed served; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's brief filed in response to the pro se supplemental brief is stricken and on or before May 24, 2019, the respondent may serve and file a response to the replacement pro se supplemental brief.
