DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Dana Capobianco from an order of the Family Court, Putnam County, dated November 28, 2017. By order to show cause dated March 14, 2019, the parties were directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled proceedings on the ground that the appeal has been rendered academic.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
