DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 23, 2016, inter alia, to compel the Supreme Court, Nassau County, to comply with a certain order of this Court, to stay certain proceedings in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, pending determination of the appeal, to hold the appeal in abeyance, and to deem all submissions filed in this appeal to be confidential.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to deem all submissions filed in this appeal to be confidential is denied as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.1[e][ii]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
