| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 12, 2018, and to supplement the record to include certain documents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents' time to serve and file a brief is extended until May 28, 2019, and the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to supplement the record to include certain documents is denied without prejudice to the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents' filing an appendix.
