| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to waive the filing fee on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 11, 2017, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the filing fee is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended until May 13, 2019, and the record on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
