DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated July 14, 2017. By order to show cause dated February 22, 2019, the parties to the appeals were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled action for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 27, 2018. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 27, 2018.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's motion is granted and the appellant's time to serve and file a supplemental record containing the plaintiff-respondent's opposition to the cross motion, the plaintiff-respondent's reply in connection with its motion for summary judgment, and the appellant's reply on the cross motion, which were considered by the Supreme Court, Kings County, in determining the motion and cross motion that resulted in the two orders dated July 14, 2017, is extended until May 20, 2019.
