Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 27, 2018.

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed.
The notice of appeal is jurisdictionally defective in that it fails to specify the Appellate Term to which the appeal is taken (see CPLR 5515 [1]). Appellant, if so advised, may move in the Civil Court to amend the notice of appeal.
