Motion by the appellant-respondent for leave to reargue a prior motion, inter alia, to vacate a decision and order of this Court dated September 15, 2009, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered July 30, 2008, and a cross appeal from the sentence imposed July 30, 2008. The prior motion was decided by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 2, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
