| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 19, 2019, and to reinstate a temporary order of protection inasmuch as it directs that the father shall not be left alone with the subject child Sima, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated March 19, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
