| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with the transcript of the grand jury proceedings on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered November 9, 2016, to aid in the preparation of his supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a supplemental brief is extended until July 1, 2019, and the supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
