Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 6, 2018, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the order and judgment and two orders of the same court both dated October 18, 2017, to consolidate the appeals, and, in effect, to deem the appendix and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that enforcement of the order and judgment is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appendix and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders are deemed to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment, and on or before May 22, 2019, the appellant shall correct the covers of the appendix and briefs to add Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-02077 and serve and file a supplemental appendix that contains the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment.
