Motion by appellant to reinstate the appeal and to permit the parties to file their briefs, on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Milan, Dutchess County, rendered March 13, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to reinstate the appeal is denied as unnecessary as the appeal will automatically be restored once the record on appeal is received from the Justice Court, and it is further
ORDERED on the court's own motion, that appellant's time to perfect the appeal is hereby enlarged and appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before May 30, 2019.
