Motion by appellants and undertenant Brooklyn Printers, Inc. for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered November 13, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that so much of the motion as was made by undertenant Brooklyn Printers, Inc. is dismissed, as that party did not file a notice of appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the remainder of the motion is denied.
