Applications by defendant, returnable February 18, 2019 and April 9, 2019, respectively, pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15, for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Justice Court of the Town of Bedford, Westchester County, entered January 15, 2019, which has been referred to me for determination.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that defendant's applications are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applications are denied.
