July 29, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the September 2019 Term, and the bail previously granted by a Justice of this Court, by amended order entered July 21, 2016, is continued under the same terms and conditions, and on the further condition that the appeal is perfected for said September 2019 Term.
