The motion is granted and David G. Commender, Esq., 1740 Broadway, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10019, (212) 661-4333, is appointed as inventory attorney (1) to take custody of and inventory all of the client files maintained by respondent at her office/apartment located at 98 Riverside Drive, Suite/Apt. 1G, New York, NY 10024, and to provide the Committee with a record of all files inventoried; (2) to comply with this Court's subpoena duces tecum and make the files available to the Committee in its ongoing disciplinary investigation; and (3) to take such action as needed to protect the interests of the clients, until further order of the Court. No opinion. All concur.
