Jim J. Mash, Respondent, v Heyangjing Shi and Xuejie He, Appellants.

Motion by appellant Heyangjing Shi for leave to prosecute an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, entered February 1, 2019, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel. Separate motion by appellant Xuejie He for the same relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellants' motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellants' motions are denied without prejudice to renewal upon proper notice.

Absent are affidavits of service showing service of the motion papers on the Corporation Counsel as mandated by CPLR 1101 (c).
