Motion by Village of Chester and Village of Chester Board of Trustees on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, entered January 16, 2018, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated May 29, 2018, to dismiss the appeal from the order and to strike stated portions of the brief of BT Holdings, LLC.
