Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 17, 2018, and an order of the same court dated May 22, 2018, to waive certification of the appellant's appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g), and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is extended until June 17, 2019.
