Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, to vacate the dismissal of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 23, 2017, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), which was determined by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 7, 2018.
