| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 28, 2018, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 22, 2017, for failure to timely perfect, and for leave to renew and reargue the branch of his prior motion which was to extend the time to perfect the appeal, which was determined by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 28, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
