ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 26, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words " the appellant" and substituting therefor the words "the respondent Gail Sobel."
