DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Joseph Kleinman for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 28, 2018, as denied the branch of his prior motion which was for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated June 28, 2018, which determined appeals from a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, dated July 16, 2015, and a decision of the same court dated April 1, 2015. Cross motion by Weisman Law Group, P.C., to impose a sanction upon Joseph Kleinman and his counsel, and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
