| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the children to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 4, 2018, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order dated June 4, 2018, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time of attorney for the children to serve and file a brief is granted, the time for the attorney for the children to serve and file a brief is extended until May 21, 2019, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
