Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated January 29, 2019, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom and an appeal from an order of the same court dated April 5, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and enforcement of the order dated January 29, 2019, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
